Zach Raynsford is the operational force and strategic mind behind Outdoor Specialty Media. As General Manager, he oversees the day-to-day execution of client campaigns while helping shape the long-term vision of how outdoor brands connect with their audiences.

A lifelong outdoorsman in every sense—fishing, skiing, and golfing were always part of his lifestyle—but it was through this role that Zach discovered a deep appreciation for hunting. Today, that passion fuels his drive to understand the mindset of outdoor consumers and craft marketing that resonates on every level.

Zach is analytical by nature and thrives on building custom strategies that deliver real ROI. He’s not a fan of cookie-cutter campaigns. Instead, he works closely with brands to understand their goals, their identity, and their audience—then translates that into storytelling that sells.

Equal parts creative and data-driven, Zach believes great marketing in the outdoor space should do more than entertain—it should perform. And under his leadership, that’s exactly what it does.
